DRYADS TERMS OF USE

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Dryads, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. You consent to receive in-app, email (if subscribed), or website notifications related to your account activity and app updates.

2. Account Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older or have parent/guardian consent to use Dryads. By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and current.

3. User Content and Community Guidelines
Users may upload text, images, audio, and video content under the conditions outlined below. These community guidelines apply to all user interactions, including but not limited to Camp Fire, Group Pages, Club House, and Direct Messaging features. You agree not to upload or share content that includes:

• Hate speech, threats, violence, or harassment

• Discriminatory or abusive language

• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content

• Personally identifiable information (PII) of others without consent

• Government-issued documents (e.g., passports, driver's licenses), banking info, or other private information such as age, birthplace, or residence—unless it pertains only to yourself

• Hunting tags, license numbers, or sensitive government-issued identifiers

• Political content, campaigning, or promotion of political parties within public community areas

Copyrighted Music and Media:
Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, sharing, or posting videos, audio, or any other content containing copyrighted music or other protected media unless they have obtained proper licenses or authorization from the rights holders. Dryads Outdoors Inc. complies with copyright laws and expects users to do the same. Violations may result in removal of content or suspension/termination of the user’s account.

4. Content Ownership
Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant Dryads a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and share it for the purpose of providing the service. Dryads does not claim ownership of user content.

5. AI Feature Usage
Photos, text, and audio submitted for AI analysis may be temporarily stored to improve accuracy. You consent to this use by uploading content. AI-generated results are suggestions and are not legally or scientifically certified.

6. Location Tracking and GPS Use
When enabled, Dryads may collect your location to support mapping, weather forecasting, and tracking functions. By enabling location services, you consent to this data collection. Dryads adheres to local data protection laws in Canada, the U.S., and other jurisdictions.

7. Data Sharing
Dryads may share anonymized and aggregated user data with research institutions, government agencies, conservation organizations, or enterprise clients for environmental management, conservation efforts, and analytical purposes. Specific subsets of user content may be accessed by enterprise and white-label clients only according to clearly defined terms in our Privacy Policy and applicable contractual agreements.

8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer the app

• Use bots or automation to scrape data

• Distribute malware or spam through the platform

• Impersonate another user or entity

9. Termination
Dryads reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or other disruptive behaviors.

10. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of Dryads after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

12. Limitation of Liability
Dryads Outdoors Inc. is not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from the use of the platform or reliance on its AI-generated information.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dryads Outdoors Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of intellectual property or other rights.

14. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from these Terms will first be mediated before any litigation. If unresolved through mediation, the matter shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
